The LT-400 Mobile Truck Wheel Alignment Systems consists of a lightweight aluminium construction which is powder coated for extra durability. Its professional and rugged simple design can easily be used on all rim sizes —trucks, trailers and including cranes, wherever these brackets can be securely mounted.

Benefits are that the LT-400 System is locally manufactured in South Africa (Gauteng) as well as all the parts used, are all locally sourced — therefore no issues with overseas suppliers delaying your company's alignment needs (because your equipment must wait for parts and cannot be used during this downtime).

The LT-400 can measure caster, camber and toe which is the 3 basics of wheel alignment! It can measure alignment on horse (semi) - front and rear, as well as all trailer axles. Whether you just want to keep your fleets' wheel alignment up to date or wanting to start your own business doing truck wheel alignment, you will find that our equipment is up to the task!

Quality of the LT-400 is ensured with the high precision profile cutting of the parts and the keen attention to detail in the finishing off, is clearly visible on this system. Manufacturing also includes plasma cutting, 3-D printing, engraving as well as intricate lathe work just to give our customers a product we can be proud of!

Training for use of the LT-400 System can be provided but a “LT-400 User Manual” is included / can be emailed for existing customers. Any additional training needs such as new staff using our equipment or you want training at your location of choice can be arranged at an additional cost.
