Hiring: Recruitment & Lead Systems Assistant

- R2,000 Base + 12.5% Recruitment

Commission
My company is expanding its recruitment and digital operations division. We are not looking for a “job seeker.” We are looking for someone who understands growth.
This role is for a performance-driven individual who can help build and manage structured recruitment systems.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Generating qualified leads (online & field-based)
• Recruiting and onboarding commission-based Agents
• Managing structured WhatsApp conversations
• Tracking performance metrics weekly
• Supporting scalable recruitment processes
You will not just “message people.”
You will help build a recruitment pipeline.

Compensation Structure
Base Support Budget: R2,000 per month
12.5% commission on every successfully recruited agent
Performance-based growth opportunities
High performers can grow into a Recruitment Manager or Digital Operations role.
