Well known Motor Car dealership in Benoni is urgently seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated
Administrative Clerk to keep the office running
smoothly.
Previous work experience in the same industry will be advantageous.


Main duties include but are not limited to:

1.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
2.Data capture and maintain dealerships database.
3.Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.
4.Must be computer literate with the ability to maintain online adverts on a daily basis.
5.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6.Good written and verbal communication skills.
7.Customer service orientated.
Salary: Market related.
